The dark roast is perfect for cappuccinos and lattes. Absolutely delicious and full bodied. Others I have tried tasted burnt. Will be purchasing more.

I learned about these folks at the Manassas and Fairfax farmers markets this summer. Since then I've been seeking them. Every cup has been delicious and Huila is no different.All the tasting notes come through in my Melitta style pour over. High recommendations

I met you folks in Oaks, PA last weekend and sampled the La Maria medium roast, which was nice. Bought a bag. I just ground some and made a cup in my Moka pot. OH MY GOD! Best cup of coffee I’ve EVER had! The chocolate and citrus come through beautifully, no awful bitterness and just enough acidity. You’ve ruined me for other coffees! Thank you for being so friendly at the show - I’m so glad I gave this a try!
